Acceptance of Terms

By instructing our team to conduct work, you are consenting to these terms and conditions, including our payment terms. No other terms are applicable.

Where a quotation has been accepted, we require written confirmation — via email or by completing our online web form — before work can be scheduled or materials with long lead times pre-ordered. Your cooperation in this regard assists us in meeting your schedule.

Terms and Conditions

1. The client agrees for The Graffiti Eaters Pty Ltd to work on the specified site to carry out cleaning, restoration, or coating works on their behalf.

2. The client will receive a professional and thorough service from a quality-assured company using the latest specialist cleaning solutions and equipment. The removal of stains and graffiti is a science that aims to restore surfaces to their original condition without damage to the underlying substrate.

3. No guarantee can be given as to the exact result achievable, as outcomes depend on the porosity of the substrate, the type and age of the stain or graffiti substance, and whether the original application has caused any disfigurement of the substrate. These factors are not always known without testing. We assure you that the results achieved using our processes are the very best obtainable.

4. No allowances have been made for the removal of obstacles obstructing access to the work area. We require suitable water and vehicle access to the work site.

5. All care will be taken, but no responsibility can be accepted for water, cleaning solutions, or paint entering a building or causing incidental damage.

6. No allowance has been made for the containment and removal of waste unless explicitly stated in the quotation. Where electrical fittings are present in the work area, it is the client’s responsibility to have them inspected by a licensed electrician on completion of work.

7. All work requests must be submitted in writing — via purchase order, email, or our online web form — with correct billing details, contact name, and contact numbers clearly provided.

8. All insurance excesses are to be paid prior to work commencing.

9. Unless explicitly stated in a quotation, our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm. Work required outside these hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will incur additional costs.

10. Property in goods remains with The Graffiti Eaters Pty Ltd until payment is received in full.

11. Any claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of receipt of goods or services, quoting the client contact, site details, and invoice or job number.

12. Goods will not be accepted for credit unless approved in writing by The Graffiti Eaters Pty Ltd.

13. Orders are not subject to cancellation except by mutual written agreement.

14. Prices quoted on products do not include freight unless stated.

15. All prices are exclusive of GST. Goods and Services Tax will be added to all invoices as required by law.

16. Payment terms are strictly payment in full prior to works commencing, unless a credit account has been approved in writing. Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, and direct bank transfer. Direct transfer details are provided on your invoice.

17. The client agrees to pay The Graffiti Eaters Pty Ltd all fees and charges in relation to works carried out.

18. An administration fee of $50 will be charged if a demand letter is required for outstanding payment. If the matter is referred to our legal representatives, all associated costs — including debt collection fees, commission, and legal costs — will be payable by the client within 7 days.

19. The Graffiti Eaters Pty Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time. Current terms are published on our website.
