Our Accreditations and Standards
When you engage The Graffiti Eaters or The Stain Eaters, you’re working with a company that takes compliance, safety, and quality seriously — and can prove it.
Our industry is unregulated — anyone can buy a pressure washer and call themselves a graffiti removal or hard surface cleaning specialist. That’s precisely why our accreditations, certifications, and insurance coverage matter.
They’re not marketing claims. They’re independently audited, publicly available, and there to protect you as much as us.

ISO Certification — Four Standards, One Integrated System
We were the first in our industry to achieve ISO certification in 1995. Four integrated management standards are independently audited annually to ensure consistent quality, safety, and environmental responsibility on every job.
Quality Management — ISO 9001
A commitment to quality, leadership, and stable, documented processes that deliver consistent outcomes for our clients. ISO 9001 certification means our systems are built to replicate quality results every time — not just when conditions are favourable.

OH&S Management — AS/NZS ISO 45001
A commitment to providing a safe working environment for our people and yours. All work is conducted in compliance with Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses, and every job includes a personalised site risk assessment that identifies hazards and documents the controls in place before work begins.

Environmental Management — ISO 14001
A commitment to protecting the environment in everything we do. Our processes are designed to minimise environmental impact — from cleaning solution selection through to wastewater capture and management on every job.

Risk Management — ISO 31000
A commitment to identifying, assessing, and managing risk systematically — for our business, our staff, and our clients.

OH&S Compliance — What You Get on Every Job
Engaging our team to work on your site means you automatically benefit from the following:
- Personalised site risk assessment provided before work begins on every job — all hazards identified and controls documented, with before and after photographs. Accessible any time through our client portal and retained for five years
- Work Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses carried on every vehicle and applied to every job
- Permit to Work system — our technicians seek management-level approval before engaging in any high-risk activities, documented and agreed with you before work proceeds
- MSDS registers, cleaning solution spill kits, and fire extinguishers on every vehicle
- Traffic and pedestrian management equipment on every vehicle — trucks fitted with mounted signage, flashing lights, cones, barricades, and appropriate signage for roadside work
- Licensed operators — all technicians are licensed as appropriate to conduct road closures, operate elevated work platforms, and access fire hydrants for water supply
- Working with Children checks and police checks completed for all staff working on school, TAFE, and university sites
- All Technicians carry OH&S White Card Inductions
- Technicians qualified in Working at Heights and Elevated Work Platforms
This matters because under Australian law, as the asset owner or site manager, you share responsibility for work conducted on your property. Engaging a compliant, accredited contractor protects your own OH&S obligations — and our documentation gives you the evidence of due diligence you need.

Technician Training
Every Surface Restoration Technician completes a WorkCover-approved OH&S induction before working on client sites, and undertakes our 12-month in-house ‘University of Graffitiology’ training program. Technicians are continually audited internally by our Cert IV qualified Training Officer.
Our competitors operating from light utility vehicles simply don’t carry the equipment, hold the certifications, or employ the trained staff required to do this work safely and compliantly. That gap has real consequences — for the quality of the result, and for your liability.
Third-Party Contractor Portal Registrations
We are registered and certified with a number of contractor portals and third-party certification organisations, making it straightforward to engage us through your preferred procurement platform.
Not on this list? Contact us — we’re experienced with a wide range of contractor management platforms and can work with your procurement requirements.
